I'm Fahim Safi, Broker of Record and owner of CITYGATE Realty Inc., Brokerage. I founded the first independent Afghan-owned real estate company in the Greater Toronto Area with one goal: to give Afghan families a real estate professional who truly understands them — their culture, their language, and what home means to them.

For more than 23 years I've worked full-time in real estate — helping buyers find their first home in Canada, helping sellers move on to their next chapter, training new agents, and running the brokerage day to day. That experience means I've seen every kind of market and every kind of deal, and I know how to protect my clients through all of it.
